HBOT Return Policy and Warranty
At Hyperbaric Central, we stand behind the quality of every hyperbaric chamber we sell. Whether you’re shopping for personal use or clinical care, our return and warranty policies are designed to give you confidence in your purchase.
Return Policy
We’re so confident you’ll love your chamber that we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your chamber for a full refund, minus shipping costs and payment processing fees, provided the unit is in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Key Return Policy Details:
- Return window: 15 days from delivery
- Customer is responsible for:
- Original delivery shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Credit card or PayPal transaction fee (typically 3–3.5%)
- All returns must include original packaging and accessories
- Returned products must show no visible signs of wear (“like new” condition)
- Refunds may be reduced if the product is incomplete, dirty, or damaged
To initiate a return, contact us within 15 days of receiving your chamber to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please note: Oxygen concentrators are non-returnable, as they are considered non-reusable equipment. If you’re uncertain, we recommend trying your hyperbaric chamber first before purchasing a concentrator.
